云南省少数民族地区与生态环境保护

云南分布有25个少数民族，其传统的绿色文化、梯田文化、传统信仰文化和少数民族文化均对当地的生态保护起到积极作用。但传统文化的丢失和贫困已对少数民族地区生态环境产生影响，保护区的建立也与少数民族地区人民生存产生矛盾。应加大对少数民族地区的生态扶贫力度，发掘和宏扬传统绿色文化，并对少数民族地区进行生态补偿。

Ecological Environmental Protection of Areas Inhabited by the Minority Nationalities of Yunnan Province

There are 25 of ethnic minorities in Yunnan province. Their traditional green culture, terraced fields culture, traditional belief culture and ethnic culture have positive effects on local ecological protection. But the loss of traditional culture and poverty have effected local environment, the building of protected zone resulted in the conflicts with the areas inhabited by the minority nationalities. We should improve the dredge of ecological aid-the-poor programme in minority nationality area, develop traditional green culture and carry out ecological compensation.
