云南省资源开发与可持续发展研究

云南省既是一个资源大省，也是一个贫困面较大的省，经济和科技比较落后。因此，我们面临着经济发展和生态环境及资源保护的双重压力，在此形势下，只有坚持科教兴国并按可持续发展战略的思路从国家整体的高度上协调、组织各地区各社会阶层的行动步伐，才能从宏观上缩小地区经济发展中的差距，顺利完成已确定的经济发展目标，同时保护自然资源和改善生态环境，实现国家长期、稳定发展。

Research of Resource Development and Sustainable Development of Yunnan Province

Yunnan Province is abundant of resources.Meanwhile,it is a poor province.The economy and technology are backward.Hence,we are confronted with the economic development and the ecological environment protection.Under this situation,we must adhere to the scientific technology and sustainable development strategy and social coordinate different regions and classes.Only through these measures,the regional gap could be reduced,the defined economic targets could be accomplished.Moreover,the natural resources could be protected,the ecological environment could be improved and the long-term and stable development of the country will be realized.
