| 摘 要： | 以湖泊流域水质、水资源量、入湖污染负荷环境承压度、湖泊生态等4个主要功能过程，兼页考虑社会经济对水环境的影响，设计并构建了湖泊分层分级水环境承载力评价模型研究与应用体系，采习系统分析的方法对湖泊现状水环境承载力和弹性环境承栽力进行了定量化的研究。

| Abstract: | The assessment model and applying system of layered and stepped water environmental load capacity of Luguhu lake basin are designed and built up based on four functional process of water quality and water resources and pollution load entering into the lake and lake ecology combining with impacts from society and economy. The analytic hierarchy process is used to study Water environmental load capacity and elastic environmental load capacity quantificationally. |
