| 摘 要： | 云南对“三废”资源的综合利用已初见成效，１９９７年的“三废综合利用产品产值和利润分别６７０００万元和１９０００万元。但利用水平不高，还有较大潜力。建立和完善环境和资源综合利用的法律、法规、制定有利于资源综合利用的政策，可以促进和提高对工业“三废”资源的综合利用。

| Abstract: | Initial effect has been witnessed in the treatment of the three industrial wastes in Yunnan.In 1997,the output value and revenue by developing products utilizing three wastes were respectively 670 million yuan and 190 million yuan.However there is much potential for further development and utilization.The system of law and regulations protecting the environment and resources utilization should be established and improved.Policies favorable to comprehensive utilization of natural resources should be made. |
