摘 要: | 建立了行星式球磨仪制样一微波消解一石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中铅的方法。标准曲线在0—10.01μg/L范围内线性良好,以称样0.5g、定容体积50ml计,方法检出限为0.10mg/kg,土壤样品测定的RSD〈4%,加标回收率为91.4%~102%。

Determination of Lead in Soil by GFAAS with Planetary Ball Mills Preparation and Microwave Digestion |

Abstract: | A method was established for determination of lead in soil samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (GFAAS) with planetary ball mills preparation and microwave digestion. The linearity was good with a range of 0μg/L - 10. 0μg/L. The detection limit was 0. 10 mg/kg for the sample weighed 0. 5 g and diluted to 50 ml in volume. The RSD in the soil samples test was below 4% and the recoveries were from 91.4% to 102%. |
