长江上游云贵两省水土流失重点防治区的综合治理

长江上游云贵两省水土流失防治主要是把工程措施、植物措施、农耕措施和预防监督措施有机结合起来实现的。通过五年连续治理，治理程度达７９５％，人均基本农田近１０２亩，人均产粮３６８ｋｇ／ａ，人均纯收入４７７元／ａ，人民生活水平得以显著提高，促进了当地社会、经济的发展。
