邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的研究进展

摘    要:邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)是一类危险性较大的环境污染物;其分布广,难降解,具有致畸、致癌、致突变性和遗传毒性,能够干扰动物和人体的内分泌系统,也对人和动物的生殖系统造成较大的危害。本文根据国内外的最新研究成果,综述了PAEs的检测方法、毒性效应、分布和降解方法,并对今后PAEs的研究趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Phthalate ester is one of dangerous environmental pollutants which is spread widely and difficulty to be degradated and can result in malformation and cancer and mutagenicity and genotoxicity. It also can interfere with animals and human endocrine systems and damage the reproductive system of animals and human seriously. Based on the recent research progresses worldwide, the distribution, detection methods, toxic effects and degradation methods of phthalate esters are discussed, the trend of phthalate esters research is also prospected.
