| 摘 要： | 南盘江流域水污染主要由工业废水和城镇生活废水的大量排放造成的，应合理布局工业，调整产业结构，改进生产工艺，发展清洁生产，调整肥料结构，加强城镇建设，从根本上控制水质污染。

| Abstract: | The industrial waste water and the discharge of urban living waste water are the main sources of water pollution in the Nanpan River.This pollution should be treated focusing on the source.Adjustment should be given to industrial distribution and industrial mix,the production technique enhanced,fertilizer structure changed and city builiding improved. |
