| Abstract: | Taking coal burning, mining and smelting in mercury mine as examples, this paper gives details on the environmental status in a typical mercury polluted area: (1) effects of mercury from mining and smelting on the environment in the mercury richest area in our country; (2) constitution of coal burning to mercury in the environment in areas where coal plays a leading role in energy structure. |
