| 摘 要： | 根据信息化发展的需要,环境监测系统必须加快信息网络化建设步伐。在充分认识环境监测信息网络建设必要性的同时,对环境监测信息网络建设中存在的认识不足、缺乏统一规划和管理、内容针对性不强、网络安全意识淡薄等相关问题,提出了建立环境监测信息网络建设详细规范、转变观念、统一规划、应用为主、加强网络安全等相应的解决措施。只有采取有效措施保证建设的顺利进行,才能使环境监测信息网络化在环境保护实际工作中发挥出巨大的作用。
