分光光度法与离子色谱法测定降水中铵离子的对比

摘    要:采用分光光度法和离子色谱法测定降水中铵离子,比对研究两种方法的测定原理、标准曲线和检出限。结果表明,两种方法对标准样品和实际样品分析测定均能达到质控要求,测定结果基本一致。离子色谱法方便快捷,污染少,结果准确可靠,可以同时测定多种阳离子。

Contrast Research of Spectrophotometry and Ion Chromatography Method for the Determination of Ammonium Ion in Precipitation Water

Abstract:We determined ammonium ion phy separately and compared principle, in precipitation water with Spectrophotometry and Ion chromatogra- standard curve and detection limit of the two methods. The results showed that determining results of standard samples and water samples with the two methods could all reach demand, the determining results were coincident. Ion chromatography is efficient, rapid and accurate. It can determine different cations simultaneously.
