To Evaluate the Water Quality in Daqing Reservior and its Trend by Observing Phytoplankton

The essay evaluates the present situation of the water quality in Daqing Reservior by observing phytoplankton which is the evaluation index in water qulityduring the Tenth Five--year plan.
