| 摘 要： | 通过分析中国与俄罗斯环境基誉法，两国宪击中对环境保护的规定，总结两国环境基本击方面的异同，以及两国宪法中环境保护规定的差异，了解俄罗斯所实施的符合自身国情的环境保护政策，为我国环境法规建设提供借鉴。

The Comparative Study of Environmental Laws and regulations Between China and Russia |

| Abstract: | The paper analyses basic environmental laws in China and Russia and regulations of environmental protection in constitution of each country, summarizes the differences and similarities of basic environmental laws in the two countries, and the differences of the regulations of environmental protection of two countries＇ constitution, points out that environmental protection policy implemented in Russia is fit for the country and provides some experiences for laws of environment protection in China. |
