| 摘 要： | 长春市绕城高速公路段,发生一起载有30T液氨的槽罐车侧翻,致使液氨泄漏。事故发生后,长春市应急指挥中心和长春市环保局应急指挥中心起运了应急预案,应急监测队伍反应迅速,对突发事故现场及时准确的提供了空气和水质监测数据。同时还对现场的植物受损情况进行了调查分析,及时向上级部门提供了科学准确的监测数据,为污染事故控制与处置提供了科学依据。
