| 摘 要： | 有机磷只有被过硫酸钾消解转化成正磷酸盐后,才能和钼酸铵发生显色反应。消化反应受消化温度、消化时间、溶液的酸碱性的影响,显色反应受显色条件、消化液的浊色度的影响。本文通过大量的摸索性试验和正交实验得出总磷测定的影响因素和最佳实验条件。
