| Abstract: | The West Tai Lake is located at a intersection among Jiangsu,Anhui and Zhejiang provinecs.As the late Palaeozoic -early Triassic limestone developed in the area with thick beds and good quality as well as close to Tai Lake with suitable geographic and climate enviornment for cave formation.More than ten karst and caves formed,such as well known Shanjuan Cave,Zhanggong Cave,Linggu Cave,Muli Cave in south Yixing,Taiji Cave in north Guangde, Hanglong Old Cave and Huanglong Palace and etc. |
