| Abstract: | The regional circular economy is, in the region of a higher level and the wider implementation, a circular economy. It is the foundation of social circular economy, which is on the basis of achieving a circular economy in enterprises, parks, and urban. Discuss the necessity, problems, obstacles, and the principles of developing regional circular economy particularly. Put forward the establishment of three new systems and measures to developing regional circular economy. |
