摘    要:为了解决铸造企业水玻璃废砂大量排放而带来的堆场困难和环境污染的问题,拓宽水玻璃废砂资源化再利用范围,研究了利用水玻璃废砂作为混合材生产水泥的可行性。试验结果表明,当白砂(处于铸模内侧,经受过高温,溃散性差)或混合砂(铸模内、外侧砂同比例混合)掺量小于10%时,可生产42.5普通硅酸盐水泥,而且该水泥的其他各项性能指标均符合水泥的国家标准要求。

Study on different waste foundry sand used for cement admixture

Abstract:To solve the residue dePo, sit difficu,lty and environmental pollution of foundry enterprises because of large discharge of waste foundry sand and to broaden the resource recovery range, the feasibility ot using waste toundry sand for cement addition is studied. The experimental results show that 42.5 ordinary Portland cement can be produced when the admixing amount of white waste sand (sand inside of the casting mold, undergo high temperature and having bad collapsibility) or mixed sands (mixed the sands inside and outside of casting mold with the same proportion) is less than 10%. Moreover, the others performance indexes of cements accorded with the national standard.
