| 摘 要： | 在分析攀西地区生态环境问题的基础上，认为该区生态环境建设的主要任务包括：（1）水土流失治理；（2）工矿生态环境整治；（3）植被恢复与重建；（4）农业生态环境整治；（5）生态多样性保护；（6）生态聚落的建设；（7）重大自然灾害的预警及防治；（8）生态环境建设信息系统及其网络化，并分别阐述了它们的对策。指出生态环境建设要得以实施，必须加强人才库，知识库的培养与储备，融资途径的扩展和服务体系的完善。

| Abstract: | The eco environment problems in Panxi area are analyzed.The tasks of eco environment construction in this area in the future are as follows:(1)the water and soil conservation;(2)the eco environmental restoration of the zones of factory and mine;(3)the vegetation rehabilitation;(4)the agriculturally eco environmental restoration;(5)the bio diversity protection;(6)the ecological construction of human settlement;(7)the prediction and prevention of disasters;(8)the construction of eco environmental information system.And some countermeasures are put forward.To improve the environmental quality,it is necessary to train talents,broaden the sources of fund and perfect the services system. |
