摘    要:研究表明滇池水中LAS含量为0.018~0.029mg/l,局部水域达0.2~0.7mg/l;ABS强烈地吸附在底质中,以湖体呈曲线分布,平均含量高达0.43mg/kg,16h内LAS动态降解率比静态降解率高2.2倍,不同浓度的LAS对滇池鲤鱼的结果表明,5~35mg/l浓度水中,溶解氧下降,pH值升高,产生急性危害效应,半致死浓度48TL50为3.0mg/l,完全浓度为0.3mg/l。当LAS含

Abstract:In this paper,LAS content in the water of Dianchi Lake was 0.018-0.029mg/l,and it reached 0.2-0.7mg/l in the parts of the Lake.ABS was strongly absorbed in the bottom,and distributed along axis in the lake,its average content reached 0.43mg/kg.In 16 hours dynamic degradation rate of LAS was 2.2 times higher than static degradation rate.Harmful result of LAS in different concentration to carps in Dianchi Lake indicated that,in 5-35mg/l LAS water,DO went down,pH value went up,and acute harmful effect produced.Semi lethality concentration,48TL 50 ,was 3.0mg/l,safe concentration was 0.3mg/l.When LAS content was over 1.5mg/l,hatch rate of egg decreased,terateger rate increased,and death rate went up.Therefore the countermeasures of Dianchi Lake protection and carps aquiculture development were put forward.
