| 摘 要： | 详细叙述了发光细菌的生理特性及其应用原理，与其它生物监测方法相比具有快速、简便、灵敏等特点，重点评述了发光细菌法在工业废水以及水域水质毒性监测中的应用情况，其测试结果与传统的鱼类毒性试验结果具有良好的相关性，实际应用方便可行。同时，结合现代电子技术和化学分析技术对发光细菌法的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | A review for the physiological properties and utilization of photobacterium phosphoreum was made in this paper with the advantages-fast,simple,sensitive et al..The technique was applied in the industrial wastewater and water area monitoring,it can compare favourably with fish test method,With the electronic technologies and analytic techniques,its trends in future in environmental monitoring were presented. |
