| Abstract: | In this paper, the basic method is discussed on total emission control (TEC). The main issues are as follows: data ef emission inventory, grid division, location of the emissien sources in the grid, the method and conditions to establish the TEC, the computer progam of the TEC, the selection of parameters, the modification of sampling time and the decay of pollutant, the correction of the TEC. Finally the optimum model of TEC is introduced. |
