| 摘 要： | NOSA综合五星管理系统是由南非国家职业安全协会创建的一套综合的安全、健康、环保管理系统.该系统自1951年运用以来,证实了其在安全、健康、环保管理方面的先进性和科学性.NOSA五星系统在国外已广泛应用于采矿、石化、钢铁、医疗、军事、电力、林业等行业,而在我国主要应用于煤矿和电力行业,与国外存在较大差距,因此应鼓励企业积极引进NOSA系统,借鉴其先进的管理理念和方法,推动企业安健环管理水平的提高,实现与国际管理水平的接轨. |

| Abstract: | The NOSA integrated five star system is a systematic framework for the management of safety, health and the environment in an integrated manner established by NOSA in South Africa. It has been confirmed that the system is advanced and scientific for the SHE management since its application in 1951. The NOSA five star system applies to the coal mine and electricity industries mainly in China, but it has been widely implemented abroad by industries such as mining, petrochemicals, steel, medicine, military, electricity, forestry and so on. There are many differences of its uses between China and foreign countries. In the future we should encourage enterprises to introduce NOSA system actively, make use of its advanced ideas and methods, improve the level of SHE management and meet the international standard. |
