| 摘 要： | 用二氯甲烷液-液萃取氮吹浓缩法萃取水和废水中的多菌灵,取浓缩纯化后的有机相直接进样到高效液相色谱仪,用二极管矩阵检测器检测,根据保留时间外标法定量。实验结果表明,采用此方法可将水体中的多菌灵快速有效地提取,并可获得较高的精密度和准确度。

| Abstract: | This method is to obtain multi-fungi from water and waster water by methylene chloride fluid-fluid extract nitrogen,and then take the concentration purification to the highly effective liquid phase color spectrometer where it can be detected by the diode matrix detector.Experimental results show that this method will be fast and effective in obtaining multi-fungi with higher precision and accuracy. |
