| 摘 要： | 简述了管理信息系统的基本概念以及传统健康安全环境管理所面临的主要问题,并以我国石油健康安全环境管理信息系统的应用为实例,从五个方面阐述了管理信息系统的应用为现代健康安全环境管理带来的技术优势和发挥的作用,并强调管理信息系统与现代健康安全管理方法的结合是解决目前健康安全环境问题的重要技术手段。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the basic concepts of management information system(MIS) and the main problems of health safety environment(HSE) management.According to the HSE management information system of CNPC,the paper expounds the distinct advantages and values of the enterprises to integrate the modern HSE management with MIS and proposes that it is important to integrate the modern HSE management with MIS for solving the current problems of HSE management. |
