摘    要:采用内循环活性炭生物流化床反应器处理某农药厂生产废水,通过试验研究了该反应器在室温条件下处理农药生产废水的性能.结果表明:当进水pH值控制在7.0~7.5、水力停留时间为6h、曝气量控制在使活性炭处于流化状态时,CODcr的去除率为50%,总氮的去除率为32.33%,同时可生化性明显提高,生物毒性有所降低.

Abstract:In this paper,granular activated carbon as the carrier within the internal-circulation three-phase bio-fluidized bed(ITFB) process is used to treat pesticide production wastewater,and the characteristics of reactor treating pesticide production wastewater at room temperature are also explored.The result shows that when aeration rate is controlled to keep the activated carbon in a fluidized state,influent pH is controlled at 7.0 to 7.5 and hydraulic retention time is 6 h,CODCr removal rate is 50% and TN removal rate is 32.33%.Also the biodegradability is significantly improved and biological toxicity is decreased.
