曹妃甸滨海新区建设用地地质环境适宜性评价

摘    要:通过对曹妃甸滨海新区地质环境的实际调查和客观分析,基于地质安全评价的结果选择地质环境不安全区、大型盐田以及生态湿地作为敏感因子,选择地形地貌、工程地质条件、水文地质条件、地质灾害及地质环境问题、资源条件作为重要因子,采用层次分析-专家打分法确定了评价因子的权重,并采用敏感因子-模糊综合评价模型对曹妃甸滨海新区建设用地地质环境适宜性进行了评价。结果表明:地质环境适宜区占研究区总面积的20.30%,地质环境较适宜区(需要进行简单改善)占研究区总面积的39.91%,地质环境适宜性较差区占研究区总面积的8.83%,地质环境不适宜区(不适合于建设用地)占研究区总面积的30.96%。该评价结果可为曹妃甸滨海新区城市规划、建设、管理提供科学依据,有利于实现城市建设与地质环境资源的优化配置。

Abstract:This paper chooses sensitive factors(unsafe areas,salt fields,wetlands,etc.) and important evaluation factors(topography,engineering geological conditions,hydrological and geological conditions,main geological environment problems,resource conditions,etc.) through the geological survey and impersonal analysis of the geo-environment in Caofeidian Newly-developed Area.Based on AHP,it determines the weight of evaluation factors and uses sensitive factor-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to make the evaluation of 6250 units that are divided.The results show the units with geological environment suitability account for 28.30% of the total evaluation area,the units with relative suitability account for 39.91%,the units with poor suitability accounts for 8.83%,and the units which are not suitable for construction account for 30.96%.This study provides the geological environment information for the city layout,city development and city management in Caofeidian Newly-developed Area so as to achieve the optimization between city development and geological environment resources.
