| 摘 要： | 对某大型磷企业所发生的环境污染事故进行了回顾性环境风险评价。评价结果表明，事故发生概率（P）大小依次为PSO2、PF、PH2SO4、PNH3；污染因子风险（R）大小依次为：RSO2、PH2SO4、RF、RNH3；不同类别事故风险（R）大小依次为：R操作、R过失、R设备、R管理。评价结果可作为风险防范的科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | This paper recommends retrospective estimate of environmental venture about the contaminative affairs in one large scale phosphorus and ammonium enterprise.It found that the probabilities of contaminative affairs( P ) are P SO 2 ? P F? P H 2SO 4 ? P NH 3 orderly;venture of contaminative gene( R ) is R SO 2 ? R H 2SO 4 ? R F? R NH 3 orderly;venture of different affairs is R operation ? R mistake ? R equipment orderly.This paper indicates that the results of estimate can be used as the scientific reference for the venture prevention. |
