| Abstract: | This paper expatiates on the issue of three violations act by employees of petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises,mainly on its types,essence and manifestation and the people who tend to break rules and regulations.The paper also puts forward specific preventive countermeasures that can be used by petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises to control their employees' violation against rules and regulations. |
