| Abstract: | This paper introduced the hazardous waste characteristics definition and identification guideline system of China, U.S.A and European Union, etc. From the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of hazardous characteristics, it analyzed the existing problems of hazardous characteristics definition and proposed suggestions for its establishment. |
