| 摘 要： | 本文将熵理论引用到火灾突发事件现场指挥机构的设置中,介绍了信息嫡理论及其计算方法,并设置了两种具有代表性的指挥机构,分别对这两种指挥机构中信息传递的时效和质量进行了计算和对比分析,结果表明当参与力量相同时,四个层次的指挥机构信息传递的时效和质量均优于三个层次的指挥机构.由此可得出:在火灾突发事件现场指挥机构设置中,可以...
