湖北省鹤峰县城区滑坡地质灾害风险评价

从地质环境条件出发,对湖北省鹤峰县城区15处地质灾害及隐患点(其中滑坡13处,崩塌2处)的发育分布特征进行论述,总结了研究区地质灾害的孕灾规律;基于孕灾影响因子,依托信息量法对鹤峰县城区滑坡地质灾害易发性进行分区,考虑滑坡规模大小超越概率、时间概率、空间概率,对研究区域分别进行了10 a、20 a、50 a和100 a不同重现期内体积大于5万方和大于10万方两种工况条件下的危险性分区研究,将不同重现期的危险性划分为4个等级;根据高、中、低、较低的危险性分区结果,结合鹤峰县城区滑坡地质灾害发育现状,提出滑坡地质灾害风险防控措施基本原则,以为研究区及其附近地区城镇规划建设和地质灾害风险管理提供科学依据。

Landslide Risk Evaluation in the Urban Area in Hefeng County,Hubei Province

From the geological environment,this paper discusses the development and distribution characteristics of 15 landslides,collapses and hidden dangers in Hefeng County,and summarizes the law of the disaster pregnancy in the study area.Based on the influence factors of disaster pregnancy and the method of information quantity,the paper divides the susceptibility of geological disasters in urban areas.Considering the exceeding probability of landslide scale,the time probability of landslide occurrence and the spatial probability of landslide occurrence,the paper studies the risk zoning of volume greater than 50000 cubic meters and greater than 100000 cubic meters in different return periods of 10 years,20 years,50 years and 100 years respectively,and divides the risk of different return periods into four grades.According to the results of high,medium,low and low zoning,combined with the development status of landslide in Hefeng County,the paper puts forward the basic principles of landslide risk prevention and control measures,which provides scientific basis for urban planning and construction and geological disaster risk management in the study area and its surrounding areas.
