摘    要:为研究钢管脚手架新型外挂防护网在风荷载作用下的受力性能,通过室内水平往复荷载试验,分析了新型外挂防护在两组不同分载装置作用下的最大变形、破坏最薄弱位置以及对整个脚手架架体的影响。结果表明:在标准风荷载作用下,该新型外挂防护网对整个脚手架架体的影响很小,主要应变都出现在防护网的外框及斜撑骨架上;随着作用荷载的逐渐增大,防护网外框及斜撑首先发生弯曲变形,然后防护网一侧从连接件的卡槽中滑移脱出,造成最终破坏;防护网连接件卡槽的高度和刚度不足是引起其破坏的主要原因,防护网连接件的扣件发生松动造成防护网单元受力不均匀,是导致防护网还未达到极限荷载就提前破坏的主要原因。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical performance of a new type of steel pipe scaffold external protection net under wind load,this paper analyzes the maximum deformation,the weakest position of failure and the influence on the whole frame under the action of two sets of different load sharing devices through the indoor horizontal reciprocating load test.The results show that under the action of standard wind load,the external protective net has little effect on the whole frame,and the main strain appears on the outer frame and the diagonal brace of the protective net.With the gradual increase of the load,the outer frame and the diagonal brace of the protective net are first bent and deformed,and then one side of the protective net slips out of the slot of the connecting parts,resulting in the eventual damage.It can be concluded that the lack of height and stiffness of the slot of the connecting parts of the protective net is the main cause of damage.The main reason for the failure of the protective net before the ultimate load is that the fastener of the protective net connector loosens and leads to the unevenness of the stress of the protective net element.
