声波团聚技术消除储能电站火灾烟雾的实验研究

摘    要:为探究声波团聚技术对于储能电站火灾烟雾的清除作用,搭建了声波团聚实验台,利用炭黑颗粒气溶胶模拟储能电站的火灾烟雾,探究了声波频率、声压级和初始烟雾浓度等参数对声波团聚效果的影响。结果表明:在声压级为140 dB、频率为1000 Hz的声波作用下,在20 s时间内火灾烟雾的透光率从22%提高到了90%;当声压级由135 dB提高到140 dB的过程中,在20 s时间内火灾烟雾所能达到的透光率也逐渐提高,两者近似呈二次曲线关系,这是由于声压级为137 dB时,火灾烟雾的透光率已经高达83%,后续提升余地较小;火灾烟雾浓度越大,声波团聚效率也越高,但火灾烟雾最终所能达到的透光率基本相同。

Abstract:In order to investigate the elimination effect of acoustic agglomeration on the fire smoke of energy storage power stations,this paper builds an acoustic agglomeration experimental set-up,and uses carbon black particle aerosol to simulate the fire smoke of energy storage power stations to explore the influence of key operation parameters,such as sound wave frequency,sound pressure level and initial smoke concentration on acoustic agglomeration effect.The results show that the fire smoke transmittance will be increased to 90%from the initial value of 22%in only 20 s,in a 1000 Hz acoustic field with a sound pressure level of 140 dB.When the sound pressure level is increased from 135 dB to 140 dB,the fire smoke transmittance within 20 s is also gradually increased.The two are approximated into a quadratic curve relationship as the transmittance is already increased to 83%at the sound pressure level of 137 dB.In addition,it is found that the agglomeration efficiency of fire smoke is improved with the increase of initial concentration,but the final transmittance of them is similar.
