| Abstract: | Isotope has been extensively used in the study of environmental science. This paper introduces some basic concepts of isotope, and represents its application in studying water cycle, determining the groundwater age, distinguishing the source of groundwater, and researching palaeoclimate and palaeo-environment. Then it illustrates the present development situation, existing problems and future research direction of isotope hydrography in our country. |
