| Abstract: | The procedure and method of total quantity control of water pollutant discharge in Tianjin Port is studied.On the basis of the analysis of flow and investigation of sewage-treatment plant in Tianjin Port,the total quantity of water pollutant discharge in Tianjin Port within the planning years (2010)is forcasted.A control program is put forward and analyzed from the existing technic and economy. |
