| Abstract: | Present conditions and problems concerning water safety and environment protection,occurred during the present national socialist development and throughout reforming of the water safety administration organizations,have been generally discussed with some analysis of the relevant difficulties.Meanwhile,the viewpoint has been put forward that ship's pollution prevention work should meet the needs of the present situation of the organization reformation. |
