摘    要:在总结流域突发性水污染事故特点和应急技术的基础上,提出了南四湖流域应急体系的构想。体系包括4个方面:风险源识别管理与数据库构建、应急监控网络优化、突发水污染事故预警和突发水污染事故应急处理处置。

Abstract:On the basis of the summary of advanced experience on the basin emergency techniques,the conception of Nansi lake basin emergency system was put forward.The system included four aspects:the risk of source identification management and database construction,emergency monitoring network optimization,sudden water pollution early-warning system,and water pollution accident emergency treatment and disposal.
