| 摘 要： | 目前,江苏省已初步建成各级各类自然保护区,为全省生态环境保护奠定了基础,但是自然区保护与资源开发之间的矛盾业已成为江苏省自然保护区建设与管理中的主要问题之一.在仔细分析问题存在原因的基础上,提出了加强全省自然保护区建设与管理的一系列对策措施.

| Abstract: | The preliminary construction of the series of reserve areas in Jiangsu Province has been realized and accordingly the base of ecological environment protection in Jiangsu Province has been founded also. However, the contradiction between protection of nature reserve areas and resource exploitation has become one of the main problems during the process of the construction and management of nature reserve areas. On the base of carefully analyzing the pair of contradictions, a series of measures to strengthen the construction and management of nature reserve areas are presented in this paper. |
