棉浆粕综合废水的生物处理研究

摘    要:浆粕厂在生产粘胶纤维原料时产生的有机废水,其组分较为复杂,废水治理具有一定的技术难度。采用水解酸化-好氧法与传统活性污泥法两种方案对棉浆粕生产综合废水进行生物处理的平行对照表明,驯化活性污泥可有效地去除废水中易生物降解的有机物。娄浆粕废水进水CODcr浓度在(1200~1800)mg/L范围内,CODcr负荷(1.8~2.8)kg/(m^3.d)时,CODcr去除率可达58%~64%,BOD5去除

Abstract:The constituents of organic wastewater in the manufacture of viscose fibre raw material in cotton pulp digestion factory are relatively complicated, there is a certain difficulty in effluent treatment . In parallel comparison of the two schemes of hydrolytic acidificationaerobic method and the traditional activated sludge method, it indicates that acclimatized activated sludge can treat the biological degradable organic matters effectively in the effluent. When CODer conentration of inlet cotton pulp digestion comprehensive wastewater is within (1 200 ~ 1 800) mg/L range and CODer burden of (1. 8 ~ 2. 8) kg/(m3 .d), the CODer removal rate can rech 58% ~ 64% and BOD5removal rate is 85% ~ 89%. The experiment indicates that the hydrolytic acidifying bacteria under hydrolytic acidification process in raisingfunction of the biological charasteristics of cotton pulp digestion wastewater is not significant.
