徐州市发展循环型经济的必要性研究

循环经济理论是上个世纪末环境革命的产物。循环经济要求以“减量化(Reduce)、再使用(Reuse)、再循环(Recycle)”的3R原则为社会经济活动的准则。文章概略地介绍了循环经济的起源和内涵,分析了循环经济应用的3个层面,指出了建立循环型经济是徐州市推进可持续发展的战略选择,并提出了徐州市建立循环经济的几点建议。

The Application of Cycle Economy in Xuzhou's Sustainable Development

Being the outcome of last century, cycle economy theory is the short term for the materials closed and fluent cycle mode economy which has features of the materials, energy grads and closed-cycle. The article briefly introduced the origin, connotation of the cycle economy theory, analyzed the three layers of its application, pointed out that the establishment of the cycle economy is the key strategic choose of Xuzhou's sustainable development, and purposed some suggestions on establishing Xuzhou's cycle economy.
