圩区建设对城市水环境的影响及对策

Influence of Construction in Low-lying Region on Aquatic Environment of City and Countermeasures

The solution to construction in low-lying region is propitious to alleviate the damage of flood, protect aquatic environment and restore aquatic ecosystem. The study analysed the necessity of construction in low-lying region and the negative influence on aquatic environment of city. The principles and policies were put forward. Attentions should be given to both flood control and aquatic environmental protection planning. Projects of construction in low-lying region and aquatic environmental should make use of each other. Water quality and ecosystem environment in lou-oying region should be protected andaquatic environment of city be improved, meanwhile flood control ability in Kunshan should be improved.
