| 摘 要： | 从厌氧消化工艺选择、产甲烷性能优化和联合消化等3个方面，概述了近年来国内外餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产甲烷工艺的研究进展，比较了国内外的研究差异，提出我国餐厨垃圾厌氧消化处理产甲烷性能优化及工业化应用的研究方向。
