| 摘 要： | 本文通过生态效率指标的选取、基础分值标准及指标权重比例设定,尝试建立系统的生态效率评估体系,量化评估山西省柳林县资源环境利用水平,并依据评估成果识别其资源环境利用存在的主要问题或可优化空间。如果评估体系能够成熟应用于区域资源环境利用效率的评价,对于促进区域资源环境管理效率的提高具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to establish An eco - efficiency evaluation system based on selecting eco - efficiency index, setting basic standard and index weight, evaluate the resources and environment utilization level of Liulin County in Shanxi province, and identify the main problems or the optimization space according to the evaluation results. If the system can be used to evaluate the regional resources and environment efficiency maturely, it has important significance to improve the efficiency of regional resources and environment management. |
