摘    要:研究了酒精酵母菌对溶液中铀的吸咐行为 ,pH =5时吸附量最大 ( 16 2 .5mg/ g) ,其吸附等温线符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附模型 ,用 0 .1NNaHCO3 可解吸出 92 .3%的吸附铀。

Experiment of Yeast Adsorption of Uranium
Abstract:The bio-adsorption of Uranium by yeast from alcohol solution and the effects of the experimental conditions are investigated.The experimental results show that the yeast is an efficient bio-adsorbent.The relationship between concentration of U in alcohol solution and adsorption capacity of U can be described by the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption model.The uranium adsorbed by yeast can be desorbed 92.3% by 0.1N NaHCO 3.
