Autocontrol System Design for MBR Small-Sized Wastewater Treatment Process on the Basis of PLC
Abstract:In the article,the control system for a certain wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse facility in Shenyang is taken as research background.With regard to the wastewater treatment process,application of FX2N series of PLC produced by Mitsubishi Japan in the small-sized wastewater treatment system by adoption of MBR technique is developed,with focus on illustration of the design principles for the hardware composition and system software,with two working modes of automatic and manual functions.According to the values of gas-water ratio and self-priming pump duty cycle,the start-up time for the blower aeration is identified.The blower is operated in an intermittent manner with automatic timing.Ultraviolet disinfection technology is also integrated.As a result,the small-sized wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse system is controlled automatically.
