摘    要:企业生态位是联系企业自身生存发展与企业生存环境的纽带,是体现企业竞争力的标志。把生物学中的生态位理论应用到企业竞争分析中,使企业竞争有了新的战略思维。企业要立足自身实力和优势,分析环境的特点以及企业与环境的协调关系,利用企业的能动性,构建适合自身的生态位。本文将运用生态位理论对影响企业竞争的生态要素及策略选择等问题进行研究,试图为企业竞争战略的理论研究和实际应用提供一个可借鉴的方法。

Abstract:The enterprise's niche relates with the enterprise's evolution and viability,it is the symbol of the enterprise's competition.It can make the enterprise have a new strategic thinking that applies the ecology niche theory to analyzes the enterprise competition.The enterprise are established in the strength and advantage,analyzing the characteristics of the environment and the harmonious relation between the enterprise and environment,making use of the enterprise's activity,setting up the appropriate enterprise niche.The text will make use of the ecology niche theory to investigate the problems such as the factors influencing the enterprise competition and the selective strategy etc.,in order to provide a method to study and apply the enterprise competition strategy.
