| 摘 要： | 随着环境保护呼声的日益高涨,棕地受到越来越多的关注。本文在阐述棕地涵义的基础上,详细介绍了美国关于棕地的法律体系和治理流程,深刻剖析了美国棕地治理的筹资渠道和筹资政策,结合我国棕地的实际情况,给出了关于棕地治理与再开发的建议。
