摘    要:选用不同的营养基质(秸秆、土豆、合成),通过液体发酵确定白腐菌对典型含氮类杂环化合物喹啉,吲哚分别进行降解。结果表明:秸秆滤液培养基中,喹啉15d内能被降解88.79%,吲哚在6d内降解率能达到99%。采用此培养基,进一步研究喹啉、吲哚及其它物质共基质条件下,白腐菌对喹啉和吲哚的降解性能,发现在共基质条件下喹啉的降解被抑制,而吲哚则能在共基质条件下3d被完全降解,说明共基质促进了白腐菌对吲哚的降解。

Study on Effects of Co-Substrates on the Biodegradation of N-Heterocyclic Compounds by White Rot Fungus
Abstract:The investigation aims to reveal the biodegradation processes of N-heterocyclic compounds(quinoline and indole) by white rot fungus(Pleurotus ostratus) in three different growth media: potato sucrose liquid medium(PSLM),synthetic liquid medium(SLM) and corn straw extract liquid medium(CSLM).In the CSLM,the results showed that biodegradation rate of quinoline was 88.79% after 15 d,while more than 99% indole was removed after 6 d.This medium could be used to further study biodegradation characteristics of quinoline and indole under the co-substrate conditions.It was found that the degradation of quinoline was inhibited,while indole was completely degraded by white rot fungi in 3 d.This showed the degradation of indole was promoted by the co-substrate.
