| Abstract: | Under the space planning system,environmental planning has its short board in spatial implementation and refinement.With regard to the environmental planning,it is suggested that the ecological protection red line system should be further improved,and the technical thoughts and routes for defining the environmental quality bottom line and the environmental negative list should be explored so as to promote the systematic participation of environmental protection in spatial planning. |
